Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track procurement effectiveness and efficiency.

Conduct regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and achieve cost savings.

Change Management & Training

Support organizational change initiatives related to procurement improvement opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, including supply chain disruptions and supplier integrity issues.
